AT601860 - Could I make some sort of coin and fee checking set ?

On bob's site Ive found them to be LOCAL CALL TIMING CIRCUIT FOR USE WITH FIRST OR SECOND SELECTORS. POSITIVE BATTERY METERING NON DIRECTOR EXCHS 2000 TYPE

RR ( the cam thing)
The Cam thing (RR)is marked REL 1B/001/24 1/23A 310 Ohm
There are Two disks one with 3 notches and two normally open contacts
and one with three anti notches (if there is such a thing) has one normally closed contact and one changeover contact
They take 33 pulses to rotate 360 degreesand every 11 pulses the cam operates the contacts for 1 pulse
The cam with the change over contact seems to be 1 pulse behind the cam with the 2 normally open contacts.
The cam is marked 1 / DCA / 190
There is also a contact that breaks when the relay is energised.
